Founder and CEO
Alice is the Founder of Creality Group and a freelance Writer, Editor and Proofreader with over 12 years of experience in the communications sector. She holds a BA in Languages and Communication from Italy, an MSc in Development Studies from the U.K., an MBA from Spain and a Certificate in Non-profit Marketing and Fundraising from the USA. Her expertise and professional experience span from technical reports to blog articles, academic writing, web and social media content, communications strategies and project management. Alice will be your point of contact for your projects!
Astrid Fanton
CFO
Astrid has a background in accountancy and has been working in the real estate sector for several years. She is a versatile professional with many talents. Alongside accountancy, she is also specialized in web publishing: her company www.fantonnet.ch has been providing website-building and social media management services for over 20 years. In her spare time, she loves visiting museums and art galleries.
Charles Eleazer O. Maratas
Editorial Assistant
Charles is a Cebuano freelance editor living the life of a digital nomad. He is currently travelling around his native country, the Philippines. As a storyteller by heart, he travels mainly for creative inspiration, always looking forward to immersing himself in various cultures and hearing other people’s stories.

Ekaette is a freelance Academic Researcher, Writer, Editor and Proofreader with a background in Educational Management. She holds a BSc in Architecture, two Postgraduate Diplomas in Business Administration and in Education, MEd and PhD in Educational Management and Planning. Ja is a freelance editor and writer living in Bangkok, Thailand, but originally from the US. She has a Bachelor of Architecture but eventually discovered that building with words was more fun. She’s been freelancing for over a decade, using that freedom to explore Southeast Asia – usually on a scooter – and hang out with her two cats when she’s home.

Katherine is a freelance editor and environmental educator with a background in Geography and Environmental Studies. She has traveled and volunteered extensively throughout the United States, Europe and Africa and is passionate about building connections and having a positive impact on the world. Katherine lives on a small island near Seattle, where she enjoys cycling, birding and exploring the outdoors.
Luciana Busellato
Photographer and Accountant
Luciana is the photographer and accountant of Creality Group. She currently lives in Italy, but her love for travel takes her all over the world. In her life, she has covered several different roles in various professions, but her passion has always been photography. During her travels, she enjoys discovering new cultures and traditions and getting to know the locals. In 2018, Luciana’s photographic work was selected for an exhibition at an art gallery in London.

Mariano is an inclusive designer born in Argentina, currently living in the North Pacific of Costa Rica. He mainly works on accessibility for websites, digital documents and e-books. He also enjoys training agencies, companies and organizations to produce accessible content for all. He is passionate about living near the sea and growing his own veggies, surrounded by wild nature.
Megan Matheney
Senior Technical Writer and Editor
Megan is a freelance technical writer and editor living in Mexico City. She specializes in the fields of environmental economics and sustainable development, with experience working at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as well as universities in Texas and China. Her educational background includes an MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a BS in Geophysics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mons is a Filipino editor currently taking her master’s in film theory. She has a bachelor’s degree in literature and minor degrees in philosophy, Japanese studies and math. Whenever she can, she enjoys playing with her two dogs and doing aerial arts – but ideally not at the same time.
